  1. Shipping Origin
    All orders are shipped from the following address:

  2. Order Processing Time
    Once an order is confirmed, processing is completed on the same day (within business hours).
  3. Shipping Duration
    From the date of shipment, the estimated delivery time is 2 days.
  4. Delivery Coverage
    We primarily ship to Spain and European Union countries. Delivery to certain non-EU regions may also be available; please enter your address on the checkout page to confirm eligibility.
  5. Shipping Fees
    Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and destination; the exact amount will be displayed at checkout. Any free shipping promotions within Spain are subject to announcements posted on our website.
  6. Shipping Carriers
    We select reliable logistics partners (such as Correos, GLS, MRW, etc.) based on the delivery region; we cannot guarantee delivery via a specific courier service.
  7. Order Tracking
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment via the carrier’s official website or through your order page on our site.
  8. Delivery Acceptance
    Please inspect the package for any damage before signing for it. If you notice severe damage to the outer packaging, please take photographs for your records and either refuse the delivery or immediately raise an objection with the courier.
  9. Shipping Delays
    If shipping takes longer than 2 days due to carrier-related issues or force majeure events (such as adverse weather, strikes, customs inspections, etc.), we will notify you promptly; however, we cannot be held liable for any compensation in such instances.
  10. Undelivered & Returned Packages
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect recipient address or multiple failed delivery attempts (no one available to sign), the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment. The applicable shipping fee must be paid before the order can be re-sent.
  11. Customs Duties & Import Fees
    Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import VAT, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. AlcoveStyle is not responsible for prepaying such fees, nor are we able to provide an estimate of the specific amounts.
