- Return Conditions
You have the right to return items within 30 days from the date you sign for receipt of your order.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, remaining in a condition suitable for resale.
Returns are generally not accepted for customized or special orders; specific exceptions will be indicated at the time of purchase.
- Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please first contact our Customer Service team via email at Nacho.Arilla@alcovestyle.shop. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and—if applicable—photos of the item(s) showing any defects.
Once you have received authorization for the return, please ship the item(s) back to the following shipping address: Avenida Constitución 49, Bar Coco, Lumpiaque, Z, 50295, Spain.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or quality issues), we will cover the return shipping costs (please retain your shipping receipt/proof of postage).
- Refund Timeline
Once we have received the returned item(s) and verified that they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund within 3 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Processing times may vary slightly depending on the specific payment institution; the actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your card issuer or payment platform.
- Partial Refund Scenarios
If your purchase was made using a promotional discount code or as part of a bundled offer, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual proportion of the price paid.
If returned items do not meet our “good condition” criteria (e.g., are damaged or missing accessories), we may, at our discretion, deduct a portion of the refund amount; we will notify you if such a deduction is made.
- Exchange Instructions
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, to switch to a different design/pattern), please follow the standard return process to send back the original item, and then place a new order for the item you desire. We do not process direct exchanges; this ensures that you benefit from our fastest shipping speed—typically just 2 days. - Force Majeure and Exceptions
Certain items—such as hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., artificial flower gift boxes where the protective seal has been broken) or clearance/final sale items—may not be eligible for our 30-day return policy. Any such exceptions will be clearly indicated on the respective product pages. 7. Dispute Resolution

AlcoveStyle reserves the right to the final interpretation of these terms and commits to strictly adhering to the aforementioned timeframes for processing every refund, ensuring a worry-free shopping experience for you.
